Refund Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time within Sweden is normally 3-5 business days, and in the EU (including Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland) up to 14 business days. We ship all purchases within 5 days.

All orders within Sweden are shipped with tracking-ID.

Special orders

Some selected pieces are not kept in stock and are made to order. These items are only available for purchase at Delivery time for these items can be up to 4 weeks. Note that the right of refund does not apply to customized jewelry.


If delays in delivery will occur (without our notification) you can contact us directly by email at You always have the right to cancel your purchase if delays in delivery do occur. Unretrieved packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. Deliveries within Sweden are normally delivered to your closest postoffice.

2. Shipping

Free shipping within Sweden for purchase over 1,000 SEK. For purchases up to 1,000 SEK a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added.

For delivery within the EU a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added.

For shipping outside the EU a shipping fee of 129 SEK will be added.

3. Returns

We refer to the " Distance and Doorstep Sales Act". Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging together with the delivery note. Please note that you cannot return customized items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping of returned items are non-refundable. When we have received the return we will refund the full purchase price. We recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For refunds you must send us your postal giro, bank transfer, personal account or bank account number to A refund can take up to 30 working days.

4. Exchanges

Change of goods is treated as return and new purchase. In order for the right of exchange to apply, the product must be in marketable condition in undamaged packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days after delivery date.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

5. Complaints and claims

If you receive a faulty item (Langaeble is not responsible for damage caused by the customer due to not following the maintenance guidelines).

Please contact us at for complaint of goods. Please let us know why you do not accept the item, as well as indicate how you think the product is incorrect. Attach images if possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NOTE: Always remember to contact us via e-mail: before returning any item to us.

6. Guaranties and Responsibility

Our jewelry is hand-made with lots of love. We ask you to read and follow the care instructions.

Untretrieved package

Unretrieved packages are not considered a cancellation of purchase. Make sure to retrieve your purchase in time or you will be charged the shipping back and an additional administration fee. The cost of this is currently 200 SEK- You are required by Swedish law to always contact Langaeble Stockholm AB in use of right of refund, claim, exchange or return of your order.

Damage during transportation

If you discover package damage you should immediately notify the post office. Do not accept a damaged package!

If you discover the damage after opening the package, and the damage can be assigned to the handling of the post office or shipping company, you should contact them and make a claim.

7. Product information

Langaeble Stockholm can not guarantee that all the information available on this site is accurate, complete or current regarding product descriptions, pricing, shipping costs, delivery time or availability.

All our items are hand-made of Sterling silver (925) or solid brass. Please read the product information carefully. Due to this, some variation between the products may occur. Our black and white beads are made of birch and rubber-coated. The coating is tested and approved by Langaeble Stockholm AB.

8. Care instructions

We recommend you to take good care of your jewelry. Each piece is made by hand and requires delicate handling. Please store your jewelry in the supplied case when not using them.

Wipe off the jewelry with a cloth after each use to remove tarnish and remnants of makeup, skin oils etc. We do recommend taking off your jewelry before bath, doing sports etc to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. And please take off your pieces before going to bed. To make your jewelry last a lifetime be sure to also protect them from scratching, various chemicals, extreme heat or cold and sharp blows. Remember that a piece of jewelry is delicate and not indestructible.

Sterling silver/925

Silver oxidizes over time and may darken. For heavy dirt use a silver polish and cleaning cloth to keep the silver shiny. NOTE: We do not recommend you to use silver polish on materials that are not silver.


The brass we use is non-lacquered and not wax coated. Like silver, brass oxidizes over time and get patina. It’s a normal reaction and happens when the metal reacts with the oxygen in the air. Keep your jewelry clean by using warm water and liquid dish soap. For heavy dirt use a commercial metal cleaner (preferably for brass).

If your skin discolor from oxidation

When wearing tight pieces made of brass (earrings and rings for example) your skin may turn a little green. This is a common issue with copper alloys and nothing bad, just not desirable. To prevent it from happen, keep your jewelry clean as described above. The cleaner you keep your brass jewelry the less likely your skin will discolor from oxidation.

No metals, neither silver or brass, are fond of salt or chlorinated water. Never keep your jewelry stored in the bathroom.


Our black and white pearls consist of rubber lacquered birch. For maximum durability, we encourage you to regularly clean them with a damp cloth. It is very likely that the wood will emerge eventually. This is a natural occurrence over time, but you can prevent it from happening sooner by taking proper care of your jewelry and protect them from scratching.
